We often talk about finding people that fit our "organizational culture", but do we even know what that means? After all, what is a company's culture? A vision or mission statement hung on a wall? A few words that espouse our aspirations at the top of our job descriptions? How are job candidates supposed to understand a company's culture and how are current staff supposed to "fit" if it is so undefined?
Join us on April 29th at Noon as Scot McCarthy of StyleWise Partners consulting will clarify the definition of organizational culture and show us organizations can make great strides in hiring and development processes to develop their desired cultural norms. With Wisdom Comes Performance.
Reservation is Required.
Please be courteous to those on the waiting list and alert us by Wednesday, April 24, if you are unable to attend. If you are registered to attend and do not show you will be billed $10 to cover the cost of your meal.
