In 2012, we will celebrate 63 years of the Uncle Billy’s Festival which will be sponsored by the Altavista Area Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Altavista.  We are expecting this year’s celebration to be outstanding…come and enjoy it with us!

The Trade Lot (flea market) will be located in the War Memorial Park on 7th Street and the rest of the festival will be held in English Park located along the Staunton River.  Both parks are located in downtown Altavista.
