  This seminar is for technology start-ups and early stage tech firms.  The Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) is a state-funded non-profit in Virginia with a mission to help support the funding needs of early stage technology entrepreneurs.  CIT is teaming up with the Small Business Development Center, Technology Council and the Center for Advanced Engineering and Research for this session.  First part will be an intro to Federal funding.  Second, private equity into.   Business Develpment Center is located at 147 Mill Ridge Road, Lynchburg.  Cost is free.  Advanced registration is required at www.cit.org/events.  For questions call Robert Brooks, 703-689-3080 or Niro Rasanayagam at 434-582-6170.
